So I was sitting in DeBartolo Hall waiting for my 12:50 Biology lecture and I thought "Hey, I haven't updated a single thing on DA." Well of course college is very time consuming and challenging. But in my short time in college I have noticed many things: finding a group of friends can be challenging, if you don't party, drink, smoke, have sex, etc. you apparently judge those who do, alcohol smells horrible, parties down the hall can prevent peace, drunk people will congregate at the same eating establishment at the exact same time, contact with old friends can be easily lost, trying to find out who you are is a valid excuse for getting drunk, people change in as little as a weekend, biology is not the best major to declare before your freshman year, business majors don't do anything their freshman year, picking your schedule mainly consists of looking up reviews on professor and picking the best one, faith is easy to lose and find, choosing to follow some Church doctrine and ignore others is common and sometime encouraged, it is possible to go to Mass without shoes and in your pajamas, and not all priests are strict. A lot to analyze in the course of about 2-3 months. Thanksgiving break is next week and then winter break starts Dec. 16 and classes start back up January 17th so I have a full month back home. Unfortunately with all the work I've done so far I haven't drawn anything but I will try to use my sketchbook soon. Can't make any promises because usually nothing goes the way they should. Anyways just thought I would update my page and let anyone who still follows this page know that I'm still alive just very busy.
